Microfluidic Intelligent Body Cell Count Rapid Analysis Machine
OVERVIEW
The dimension technology microfluidic intelligent cell counter, using the international advanced microfluidic technology, according to the national industry standards NY/T800-2004, at the same time into the international milk testing standards, abandoned the traditional counting methods "two high one low "(i.e., high CV value, high cost, low detection efficiency, etc.) shortcomings, give full play to the advantages of microfluidic technology, high throughput, fully automatic detection of raw milk cells, perfect fit for the original milk cell detection and other areas of cell counting needs.

APPLICATION
It can carry on the quick hygiene inspection to the milk when the dairy factory buys. Integrated machine, provide automatic operation, achieve a minimum amount of reagent treatment, to ensure consistent test results. For some dairy plants and small laboratories, they only need a low-throughput and high-performance analyzer.
New tools are provided for dairy producers to test the sanitary quality of milk on site.
Rapid somatic cell counting can check and grade delivered milk, while rejecting substandard raw milk to avoid subsequent processing. After the milk sample is mixed with the dye, the somatic cells will be counted immediately.
The test does not require culture, so it takes only two to three minutes.
Whenever a cell passes through a laser, the stained cell emits red light with a light pulse.Fluorescence is detected by a high sensitivity detector, which produces an electronic pulse.Electronic devices count pulses and display them in the pulse height analysis (PHA) diagram on the instrument screen.
